For a run, an exhibition stand or a giveaway, what matters is low weight, sensible cost and easy one-handed drinking. This is where lightweight plastic custom sports bottles work well, with a sports cap or flip lid and round screen printing or pad printing so the logo shows up clearly.
Do not choose only by the colour in the photo. Check the closure and capacity first: a lid that leaks ruins the product, and a large full bottle is too heavy for running. If it will go through the dishwasher every day, one- or two-colour screen printing usually performs better than full-colour print.

When the bottle goes from the desk to the gym, a rigid, durable body that is easy to open and close again makes sense. In this range, personalised sports bottles in copolyester or recycled plastic usually fit well, clear or coloured, with round screen printing or 360° digital print if the design needs more impact.
Think first about how you drink from it and how you clean it. A straw and some lids are handy in the office, but take more work to wash; for carrying in a backpack, a screw cap or lockable spout is usually better.
