First aid kits with logo for businesses

First aid kits with logo for companies: pocket, travel and office kits, keyring pouches and emergency blankets. A useful gift that stays in a backpack, car or drawer for years.

A gift that gets opened when it is needed

A first aid kit is not used the day it is handed out: it is kept aside and opened on the day of a cut, blister or graze, and that is when your logo is on the case. That is why first aid kits with logo work well as a welcome gift, for internal prevention campaigns and as a giveaway for teams who work outside the office: sales staff, technicians and vehicle fleets. It is one of the few promotional items nobody throws away, because everyone knows it will come in useful one day.

It helps to be clear about what these are and what they are not. These kits are promotional items with basic first aid contents for everyday use: plasters, dressings, gauze, bandages, wipes, gloves or scissors, depending on the model. They do not replace any first aid kit your country's rules may require in a workplace or vehicle; for that, the right choice is a specialist supplier. The contents of each kit and the number of pieces are shown on the product page.

What to check before you choose

  • The contents are fixed for each model. Each kit comes with the contents set by the manufacturer, and what we personalise is the pouch or case. If you need something specific, such as gloves or an emergency blanket, choose a model that already includes it.
  • The print area is small. On a pocket pouch there is room for a symbol or name, in a colour that stands out against the fabric; a slogan is usually too much.
  • Think about where it will be kept. Keyring or pocket if it needs to be carried; travel pouch for a backpack or glove box; larger case for the office or van.
  • A useful phone number beside the logo. Some companies add an internal contact number. If it fits in the branding area, you will see it in the mock-up before you approve it.
  • The message that goes with it. On the card or in the internal communication, present the first aid kit as a practical gift, without suggesting it covers every emergency.

When it makes sense and what it pairs with

The four uses that work best are prevention and wellbeing campaigns, issuing them to vehicle fleets and technical service teams, welcome packs and gifts for clients in construction, fieldwork or logistics. At sports or outdoor events, the keyring pouch and the emergency blanket are light and easy to hand out, alongside the rest of your merchandise for events, trade fairs and conferences.

It pairs well with items you take away from home: a travel first aid kit inside one of our personalised backpacks, a personalised first aid kit in a wash bag with your logo or, for a day in the hills, alongside a personalised torch. FAQ

Frequently asked questions about First aid kits with logo for businesses

If yours is not here, write to us. People answer, not an automatic form.

What does a personalised company first aid kit include?

Basic first aid contents for everyday use: plasters, dressings, gauze, bandages, wipes, gloves or scissors, from around 15 pieces in pocket formats up to around 60 in the more complete kits. Each model's product page lists the contents.

Can a promotional first aid kit be used as the company's mandatory first aid kit?

No. It is a promotional item with basic contents and does not replace any first aid kit your country's rules may require in a workplace or vehicle. For that, speak to a specialist supplier.

Can the contents of the first aid kit be changed?

No, the contents are defined by each model. If you need something specific, choose a model that already includes it; if you tell us when requesting a quote, we will help you find it.

Where is the logo printed on a first aid kit?

On the pouch, bag or the lid of the case, which is what you see when it is stored away. Depending on the material, we use transfer, screen printing, pad printing or engraving, and the branding area for each model is shown on its product page.

Do the contents of a first aid kit expire?

Some items, such as dressings or wipes, have an expiry date. If you are giving the kit away, it is worth reminding the recipient to check the contents from time to time and replace them when needed.

Which first aid kit is best for a sports event?

The smaller formats: the keyring pouch, the mini first aid kit or an emergency blanket in its pouch. They are light, easy to carry during the event and your branding stays visible.
