Embroidered polo shirts with your logo

Between 200 and 220 g/m² in combed cotton piqué if you want it to keep its shape for years. Between 180 and 200 g/m² is perfectly suitable for large teams and trade shows. Below 180 g/m², the collar loses its shape quickly.

Choose cotton for the office, reception and sales teams: it feels better and embroidery looks smarter. Choose technical polyester for people who spend the day standing, outdoors or on the move, because it dries faster and weighs less. Technical polos are usually branded with transfer or vinyl.

Between 6 and 8 cm wide on the left chest is standard. Any larger and the polo starts to look like a uniform, while the embroidery pulls on the fabric. If you want the name to be readable from a distance, add a second position on the back.

Embroidery uses solid thread colours, so gradients and very fine lines are simplified. If the gradient is important to your brand, a transfer reproduces it better. In the mock-up you can see both options before deciding.

Some styles come in a fitted women’s version as well as a unisex or men’s cut; you can see that on each product page. Offering both cuts avoids most size exchanges. You can finalise the size breakdown after requesting the quote.

Inside out, at 30 or 40 °C, and with similar colours. Iron it inside out and never directly over the embroidery. Avoid tumble drying cotton polo shirts: they shrink and the collar loses its shape.
